Tuesday 6th January

CSRU A squad members to arrive at the Welsh Institute of Sport (WIS), Sophia Gardens for training no later than 1645hrs.

All players to wear appropriate kit and bring their own water bottles.

Players will be ready for collection no later than 1805hrs.

Sunday 11th January

Players to arrive no later than 0915hrs in CSRU uniform.

All players should bring tracksuit and other appropriate warm clothing whether starting or not.

Players will be ready for collection circa 1230hrs.
