'Other coaching sessions'
Unless directed by either Mr. Jama or Mr. Hennessy, all players should not attend sessions that have been organised by other coaches. Accountability and insurance cover does not rest with CSRU for players who attend unofficial sessions.
Winter Training @ WIS - New Time
All Tuesday sessions until February 24th will be held on the astroturf at WIS, Sophia Gardens. Players to arrive in appropriate training kit (including tracksuits and wet weather gear) by 1645hrs for respective squad meetings.
The rugby session will run from 1700-1800hrs.
